Irondale Post Acute is Hiring a Staffing Coordinator Near Commerce, CO
Irondale Post Acute is looking for a full-time Staffing Coordinator.
Hours may vary
Duties:
- Develop and maintain nursing staff schedules, patient care assignments, and other staffing related records, including those necessary to meet state-specific staffing requirements.
- Schedule staff in coordination with the Director of Nursing or designee
- Proactively work with staff to fill vacant shifts, either due to open positions, or call-ins
- Communicate staffing and hiring needs to the Director of Nursing or designee, and participate in interviews as needed.
- Post and communicate schedules to all nursing staff
- Other tasks assigned by the Director of Nursing
- CNA license preferred
- Previous Staffing Experience REQUIRED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Experience level:
- 1 year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
